Neighborhood IMPACT: A Movement of Hope

A coalition made up of non-profits, ministries, schools, organizations and individuals that desire to make a difference in this 8-block radius God has allowed us. Our beloved neighborhood is nestled in between Richmond Ave and Windswept Lane, in Houston, Texas.

Our vision for Neighborhood Impact is to raise up, educate, empower and disciple leaders, from within the neighborhood, to start a revival fire. To instill hope, joy, peace and the fruit of the Spirit and drive out darkness, one block at a time.

In order to do this, we must first meet the physical needs of hunger, clothing, hygiene and more. By building the relationship and ministry of presence with the neighborhood and surrounding schools, businesses, and organizations, we can begin to work on the hearts and souls of Gods children.

Programs we are currently running:

Woman’s & Children Ministry: Corral Apartment complex - Across from our home base.
Life Skills: Classes every Monday
After School Club: Monday -Thursday
Boxing Club: 6-8 PM Monday Tuesday and Thursday
Wisdom High School: Monday - Friday student support, attendance incentives, faculty and staff support and family engagement
Bible Study in Wisdom High School
Summer Camp: 7 week long, free camp for students

Our mission is to Generate Community Collaboration. How do we do that? We provide a place for non-profits with different missions and various reaches to collaborate together. Creating a synergy of a culture of caring for our community by meeting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of our multiethnic neighbors.
